You agree not to engage in the following:

b. Impersonation or providing false information
c. Unauthorized access to our systems
d. Disrupting the functionality of services
e. Overloading or attacking our infrastructure
Users are strictly prohibited from:
a. Using VPNs, proxies, or IP-masking tools
b. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, device, or network
c. Bypassing bans or account restrictions
d. Accessing or automating the platform through unauthorized tools
a. Users who combine trading capital with previous profits in a single session repeatedly will have their capital frozen for 21 days or more
b. Repeated violations may result in full account suspension
c. You will be notified via email with reason and freeze duration
d. Deposits are still allowed during freeze, but profits may be blocked
a. Use of VPN or proxy is strictly forbidden
b. Accounts detected using such tools may be immediately suspended
c. No prior warning is required
a. Each individual is allowed only one account
b. Operating multiple accounts is a violation
c. All linked accounts may be banned without refund
As a user, you agree to:
a. Comply with applicable laws
b. Protect your credentials
c. Use the platform for lawful purposes only
d. Report suspicious activity
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or engaging in suspicious activity.
Our services are provided “as-is” without warranty of performance, accuracy, or results.
Robot AI is not liable for direct or indirect damages, including loss of profits or data.
All content is owned by Robot AI and protected by copyright laws.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bolivia.

You agree to indemnify Robot AI against all claims related to your use of the services.
Disputes will be resolved by arbitration in Montero, Santa Cruz per Bolivia Arbitration rules.

You may not assign your rights. Robot AI may do so freely.
Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. If any part is invalid, the rest remains effective.
These Terms create no rights for third parties.
a. Users may not submit a second withdrawal request while a previous one is still pending.
b. Only one active withdrawal is allowed at a time to prevent abuse and ensure processing integrity.
c. Violations of this policy may result in delayed or cancelled requests without refund.
a. For security and regulatory purposes, KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before activating advanced bots such as PJ-KLINE-90.
b. Users must upload valid identification documents to continue using restricted features.
c. Failure to complete KYC will restrict access to trading or withdrawals under high-risk bots.
a. Users must withdraw using the same cryptocurrency and network they used for their last successful deposit.
b. Changing wallets or payment methods is not allowed unless verified and approved by the support team.
c. Deposits and withdrawals must match to prevent fraudulent activities and reduce risk.
a. All user activities are monitored to detect abnormal or suspicious behavior.
b. The platform reserves the right to request additional verification at any time.
c. Any user behavior deemed abusive, deceptive, or exploitative may result in immediate suspension.
d. Attempts to circumvent limits or system protections may result in permanent bans.
a. Refunds are only applicable to unused services or failed transactions reported within 24 hours.
b. Refunds are not issued for losses incurred through trading activity or bot usage.
c. Crypto deposits are non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain.
a. Bots provided by Robot AI are designed for personal use only.
b. Sharing bots, signals, or accounts with other users or channels is strictly forbidden.
c. Using bots to operate third-party services or signal channels may result in license revocation.
