These terms of use (the "Terms of Use") govern your use of our website www.robotai.trade (the "Website") and our "BETA TRADING LLP" Company number "OC401428" application for mobile and handheld devices (the "App"). The Website and the App are jointly referred to as the "Platform". Owned by "BETA TRADING LLP" company and its address is located in London, United Kingdom. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before you use the services. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not use the services on the Platform, and we request you to uninstall the App. By installing, downloading and/or even merely using the Platform, you shall be contracting with Robot AI and you provide your acceptance to the Terms of Use and other Robot AI policies (including but not limited to the Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy etc.) as posted on the Platform from time to time, which takes effect on the date on which you download, install or use the Services, and create a legally binding arrangement to abide by the same. The Platforms will be used by (i) natural persons who have reached 18 years of age and (ii) corporate legal entities, e.g companies. Where applicable, these Terms shall be subject to country-specific provisions as set out herein.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Palmers Green, London, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Robot AI with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Robot AI. Robot AI may freely assign these Terms without restriction.
The failure of Robot AI to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.
These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
