Prior to availing any of our services, we kindly request that you review and acknowledge our Acceptable Use Terms of Service. Your utilization of our services constitutes your agreement to abide by the terms and conditions outlined therein. We appreciate your understanding and compliance.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of www.robotai.trade (the “Website”). The Website is operated by Gaylord LLC, a company registered in Bolivia. By accessing or using any part of the Website or related services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and all related policies, including the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. This agreement is effective upon your first use of the Services.
Robot AI provides AI-powered trading tools that assist with trade execution and automation. Robot AI is not a financial advisor, broker, or custodian. All trading decisions and outcomes remain your sole responsibility. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Services.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, to maintain and promptly update your data, and to safeguard your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
a) For security and regulatory reasons, KYC verification is required before activating advanced bots such as PJ-KLINE-90 and prior to withdrawals.
b) You must submit valid identification documents as requested.
c) Failure to complete KYC may restrict access to trading features and/or withdrawals.
You agree not to:
a) Violate any applicable law or regulation;
b) Impersonate others or provide false information;
c) Attempt unauthorized access, probe, or disrupt our systems;
d) Overload or attack our infrastructure or abuse the Services;
e) Use VPNs, proxies, IP-masking tools, emulators, or automation tools to bypass controls;
f) Operate multiple accounts by the same individual, device, or network; or attempt to circumvent bans or restrictions.
a) Promotional bonuses (e.g., 50% bonus) are trading-only and not withdrawable under any circumstances.
b) A bonus is applied one time per eligible deposit/activation and does not roll over to future activations.
c) Activation amounts must reflect capital only. It is forbidden to activate a bot using a mix of capital plus previously accumulated profits.
d) Any attempt to withdraw or indirectly extract the bonus, or to activate in violation of this section, constitutes a bonus policy violation.
e) In case of violation, profits generated during the violation period are void and may be reversed, and enforcement actions may apply (see Section 11).
f) Robot AI may adjust, reverse, or cancel credited amounts that were obtained contrary to these Terms.
a) You may request withdrawal of your capital and realized profits (excluding any bonus) at any time.
b) Processing time is 1–5 business days during working hours. Requests made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays start on the next business day.
c) Queue Rule: Only one active withdrawal request is allowed at a time. Submitting a second request while one is pending may result in delay or cancellation.
d) Payment Method Consistency: Withdrawals must use the same cryptocurrency and network as your last successful deposit, unless verified and approved by Support.
e) Robot AI may request additional verification and perform AML/Compliance checks prior to release of funds.
a) Each individual is allowed only one account.
b) Linked/duplicate accounts may be suspended or terminated without refund.
a) Bonus policy violations, including attempts to withdraw bonuses or activate with capital plus accumulated profits, may result in a 30-day withdrawal freeze on capital, effective from the date of notice.
b) Repeated or severe violations may lead to extended freezes, profit cancellations, and/or account suspension.
c) You will be notified (e.g., via email or Support Center) with the reason and the freeze duration.
d) During a freeze, you may continue trading and may make new deposits, but profits tied to the violation are void.
a) Bots, licenses, and signals provided by Robot AI are for personal use by the account holder only.
b) Sharing accounts, bots, or signals, or reselling access to third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in license revocation and/or account termination.
All content, software, and materials are owned by Robot AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No license is granted except as expressly set forth herein.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation warranties of performance, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robot AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Services.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Robot AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of third-party websites or services linked from the Website.
We may modify or discontinue the Services and/or update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bolivia. Any dispute shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in Montero, Santa Cruz, pursuant to the applicable arbitration rules in Bolivia. You waive the right to participate in class actions to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent. Robot AI may assign its rights and obligations at any time.
Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Robot AI regarding the Services.
